Some might think I am nostalgic about the 80s, but I remember (some of) these years especially as cold hearted and depressed. The punk movement had just come to an end, but there was no real hopeful alternative. Little by little there appeared to be some kind of future, be it a dark one and not for everyone.
Akahito: with gratitude to Walter V.B., the great Gibson guitar player from Sint-Niklaas, to Waander who finally gave this song a decent bass part after 30 years, and to the great Japanese poet Yamabe No Akahito (700-736).
